Cameron S. Coley is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who has been appraising in the High Country since 1999. I cover all of Avery, Watauga, and Ashe Counties, and the Blowing Rock areas of Caldwell County.
I perform appraisals on all residential properties including single family homes, condominiums, manufactured homes, small income producing properties (1-4 units), and vacant land/lots. I am also approved to perform FHA and USDA appraisals.
